Mission
At Carmi, we empower women to embrace every stage of life with balance, vitality, and reilience. Through a unique fusion of traditional yoga practices and scientfically supported healing techniques, we creat a sanctuary for women to nurture their bodies, minds and souls. Our easy-going, inclusive classes are designed to support hormonal, nervous system and physical health, offering a welcoming space for women of all shapes, sizes and experience levels.

Our Story
Carmi Yoga and Wellness was founded by myself, Niki in 2023. After many years in Women's Services and running an award winning yoga franchise I decided to take the plunge and set up my own St Neots based business allowing me the flexiblity to really focus and dedicate my time to my passion. Providing women with a safe, happy and nurturing space to be themselves, to learn, heal, grow and find their natural flow in life.
I'm a mum to four amazing little people, qualified yoga and prenatal yoga instructor and former Midwife. Through a long history in Maternity services, four natural births and personal challenges with stress, anxiety and depression I have always found sanctuary and healing in a blend of breath work and yoga. I’m deeply passionate about womens mental, physical and emotional health and have crafted classes that aim to support and navigate women through every phase of life.
Since launching in 2023 we have continued to strive to provide excellent, safe and welcoming classes to the women and children of St Neots. Our commitment to quality classes in wonderful environments keeps our community coming back again and again.
